Aftermarket "solution" to 2015 Corvette C7 Z06 fender extensions-a clear case of "cure" being as bad as the disease

There are many stylistic cues making the +General Motors "flagship" C7 Z06 look ricey and gaudy and generally, like a hastily patched together piece of shit but without any doubt, nothing stands out more than the ghetto looking fender extensions.  When combined wiht the optional front splash guards, that piece of shit look is amplified exponentially.

Without going into another explanation how horrible these Bushwacker look alikes look or function, there is finally a first contender to remedy the problem and as expected, the cure is as bad as the disease.  As already mentioned in this blog, an enterprising Chinese and almost English speaking and writing individual operating as Apsis beat all the other fine Corvette vendors to the punch and decided to improve upon his original solution to the front fender disaster that was quite a match to the OEM fender extensions (big sarcasm here since the orginal solution looked fully like POS).

So here is the newest solution, supposedly "integrated" and "matching" the overall appearace of the car.  The problem: its still looking like shit, just further acentuating the absolute gaudiness of the newest flagship's design.  Is this "solution" a result of Chinese connection or perhaps a trademark of all Corvette vendors?  Who really knows and who really cares, what matters here is the fact that this solution compliments the car itself very well: taking a matching path of least resistance, minimizing the design effort and maximizing the profits (and this individual certainly knows how to fleece the Corvette numbnuts, LOL).

The bottom line here: do not fuck with a design if you are too lazy or too stupid to figure out how to improve on the original piece of shit.  Perhaps Bushwacker folks will sue this asshole while they are suing +Tadge Juechter ?  Come to think about it, Bushwacker folks do a considerably better job with their flares than GM or this numbnut, they would never tack these extensions UNDER the whell well lip, they would do the right thing and design integrated extensions that mount OVER the opening but apparently this is too complicated for anyone even remotely associated with Corvettes.   The funny part will be that there should be a few idiots forking over their American cash and even more of these fools if this shit happened to be finished in carbon fiber (gotta keep that appearance of weight savings alive, LMAO).

Personally, I would never put a piece of shit like this on even a mini van, not only beyond ugly but completely disfunctional as well.  Are these things difficult to make?  Not at all, been there a few times and it is a simple fiberglass build unless Corvette owners are involved since this geriatric crowd considers itself lucky being capable of applying a vinyl decal to their cars (although majority pays for even this task and considers getting in and out of their cars a major accomplishment).

As usual, the fun never stops as long as the newest generation of Corvette and vendors are involved.

Cheesy and not in a good way. It still looks like a afterthought, and not much different the factory piece of weather striping.

Nice Raptor, they handle like a dream.
