No relief from paint quality problems for the buyers of 2016 Corvette C7 Stingray and C7 Z06

In spite of promises of improvements in the paint process for the latest generation of Corvette, the problems with shitty finish not only continue but get worse while +General Motors does absolutely nothing about it.  On countless occasions, this blog pointed out the absolute lack of quality control in Bowling Green Corvette plant, resulting in truly horrible looking cars allowed to be delivered to the dealers and subsequently dumped on the sheepish buyers.

To see this shitty paint finish on cars costing in excess of 100k is both puzzling and disgusting...

  1. Not just that paint run, but the amount of orange peel in that picture gave me enough vitamin C to last me until the end of the year. Unreal.

    1. You forgot about the bumper to quarter panel alignment. Look closely, enough to give a buyer a pretty serious case of ulcer, LOL.

  2. Nice to see GM quality control is operating at max capacity. Pathetic.
