6 months after 2016 production year began, there are still 723 unsold 2015 +General Motors Chevrolet Corvette cars cluttering the GM dealer lots.  Of these unsold cars, there still 112 unsold first model year Corvette C7 Z06 "certified supercars).
Amazingly enough, there are also 28 unsold 2014 Corvettes C7 Stingray still unsold as well.
Although GM already offers 10k discounts and no interest 60-month financing to make these cars disappear, here is a thought for +Tadge Juechter and his leash holders:
Why not offer complimentary custom paint jobs in addition to the discounts?  Even though the number of these unsold cars may appear insignificant, they may be next to impossible to push off the lots.
Why?  Simply because it is middle of winter, the summer only tires crack as usual and there is over FIVE THOUSAND of unsold 2016 Corvettes C7 rotting away on the same lots.  The number of unsold cars is truly mind boggling, adding up all three years, this is almost SIX THOUSAND unsold Corvettes altogether.
Since the 2016 paint quality is even worse than earlier years, offering these free paint jobs may be the smart thing to do.  Tadge and Mary, are you two listening?
Or perhaps 75% of the purchase price as trade in value for the C8?
