A very creative and effective way to deal with Corvette C7 Stingray orange peel issue

As a matter of fact, the only real way to correct the Florida's finest paint texture and take care of other numerous paint flaws in the finish of the Stingray.

So what is the answer?  Fiberglass friendly PAINT STRIPPER!!!  Cannot just use any kind of paint stripper, gotta use a special kind.  Stripping the awful paint is considerably safer and smarter approach than depleting the shoddy paint job of the precious thickness of the clearcoat and setting up the paint to obliterate itself (somehow the geniuses sanding and polishing their cars do not realize that there is no catalyst in the base coat).

In this case, it appears that someone decided to use the stripper designed for fiberglass which is very very strange, considering that vandals usually try to go for the full effect.  Even stranger, the roof was spared the stripping effect...

This apparently is supposed to be an act of vandalism but... it looks a bit strange, way too systematic and way too comprehensive, like someone tried to make sure the entire car will have to be stripped down either to bare body panels or chassis with new body panel replacements.  Considerably more extensive than the usual key marks.

Either way, this car lost its orange peel, along with the paint and there is no doubt IF insurance company pays for the repaint, it will put any of the current +General Motors  paint jobs to shame.
