2015 Corvette C7 Z06 is the new king of parking lot and figure eight course!!!

Perhaps the car failed as the drag strip or track monster achievement but at least the new Corvette C7 Z06 excels in one category and by far margin from the current and pass competition: it is an undisputed king of figure 8 parking lot racing.  Never mind the missing Nurburgring lap time or Laguna Seca and Road Atlanta humiliations.  What really matters is the fact that this car outruns just about any mass produced car out there, including Mazda Miata, Subaru FRS, Dodge Viper GTS and TA and most of all, the previous generation king of the hill, ZR1!!!

As it plays out right now, the new supercar managed to score a very impressive time in Motor Trend's tests: 22.3 sec at 1.06g.

How does the car compare with the competition?

Corvette ZR1 managed only 23.1 at 0.94 g
Gen 5 Viper GTs - 23.2 at 0.91 g
Gen 5 Viper TA - 22.9 at 0.95 g
Nissan GTR Nismo - 23.1 at 0.99 g
Mazda Miata - 26.0 at 0.70 g

Now, finally, one area where the newest Z06 can deliver great bragging rights for +General Motors and +Tadge Juechter ?

Well, not exactly... As a matter of fact, this is actually more condemning evidence of the extent of the failure of the newest flagship... How so?  The effects of heat soak, power loss and shitty aerodynamics are irrelevant in this Motor Trend "measuring standard".  As soon as the heat build up and aerodynamics come to play, the flagship turns into quintessential piece of shit and loses out to just anything out there, except for the snowmobile and Schwinn bicycle.

Nevertheless, the buyers should celebrate this achievement since it is better than nothing.  Fortunately for the buyers, the demonstration of this supercar's forte can be accomplished just about anywhere06 , no Nurburgring is required.  All the Z)6 owner has to do is carry a few cones and verify this car's "superiority" even in the parking lot of the nearest Burger King.

Truly impressive accomplishment!!! Time for GM marketing geniuses to capitalize on this accomplishment.
