What happens to all failed Corvette C7 Stingray and 2015 Corvette C7 Z06 parts sent to General Motors for "analyses"

There is a very interesting phenomenon going on with the seventh generation of Corvette ever since this generation had been introduced in 2013:  every time a part such engine, transmission, torque tube, ECU, suspension components and shitload of other components fail, +General Motors collects these parts for "engineering analyses and to determine the cause".

In fact, the douchebag in charge of Corvette development, +Tadge Juechter said so himself as soon as the LT1 engines took a shit during Car and Driver tests.

Not surprisingly, things have not changed with the introduction of Corvette "flagship" Z06.  As expected, GM crew continues to collect dead parts from the latest flagship, Tadge continue to claim "engineering analyses" and nobody hears anything afterwards.

Ironically enough, the black hole called GM engineering services resembles approach our own federal government prefers, creating in effect a corporate Area 51 of sorts, with parts going in and nothing coming out, including absolutely no information provided as a courtesy to the tools who foolishly relied on Juechter and his crew to deliver the ultimate automotive thrill to them.

Now, what is even more ironic is the bullshit regarding Juechter supposedly answering questions from C7 buyers in alleged attempt at transparency.  Surely, considering the Teflon coated fluff Juechter considers "answers", there should be absolutely nothing expected of any substance or value coming from this piece of work aimed at clarifying any outstanding issues.

As usual, everyone, including the press, buyers and general enthusiasts are kept in complete darkness of ignorance and apparently this is the way GM and Juechter like it....

  1. Tadge had the aliens at Area 51 help him develop the new C7. That's why the parts are being taken there for analysis. Unfortunately, he forgot their ship overheated and crashed.
