Will General Motors offer a buyback program to idiots who bought Corvette C7 Z06 with 8l90 automatic transmission, with intention to race it on track?

Long, long time ago, this blog pointed out the overheating problems with the latest +General Motors 8-speed automatic transmission, 8l90.  As predicted, the new transmission indeed demonstrated severe overheating problems in the base Corvette C7 Stingray, for reasons very similar to the engine overheating and heat soak that plague the seventh generation of Corvette until this day, especially in its "certified supercar" C7 Z06 variant.

Considering that initially, +Tadge Juechter intentionally misled the dumb buyers, bluntly stating that the automatic flagship will be not just superior to the manual transmission version but besting true high performance cars equipped with dual clutch transmission, PDK equipped Porsche 911 Turbo ON THE TRACK.

Of course, like with anything else that the Corvette messiah Juechter preached to the kool aid drinking buyers, his claims failed and then failed again and again, to the point where Juechter no longer insisted on the "proper track preparation and using the car under 86 degrees ambient.  After the shit hit the fan, Juechter changed his song and claimed that only the manual version of the car should be used on the track (not the one leading to cars and coffee).

Again, the completely flawed piece of shit called Z06 failed to perform as promised and delivered some spectacular failures to the number of automotive journalists.  By now, the new flagship is no longer advertised as the most track capable Corvette ever and instead, it is supposedly a CERTIFIED SUPERCAR.  The problem is that in spite of its bullshit marketing designation, the flagship still cannot deliver, even in its manual transmission form and well below that bullshit 86 degree mark.

So now, visibly desperate Juechter delivers the truly pathetic and idiotic solution by installing a second radiator that supposedly will alleviate all heat related problems.

Never mind this idiotic solution is not worth shit, what is important here is the fact that the solution is not available to the owners of the cars equipped with the slush box.  The question here is what will happen to the idiots who actually fell for the marketing bullshit and as few of them as there may be, they intended to run their six figure purchases on the track, just like Juechter initially encouraged them.

Among the cases of the marketing fraud committed by GM and Juechter, this is the newest one (to Corvette buyers and other naive masses only) and one that raises a very interesting point:  shouldn't GM offer a buyback program to the track enthusiasts who own the automatic turds?  After all, there is no fix to the multiple problems and the buyers have been defrauded in a very brutal way.  Isn't this the time to fess up and assume responsibility for incompetence and the associated marketing fraud?

Come on Tadge, man up for once and make good on your failed promises.  If you do, this will give you a while before the same idiots discover that the latest fix still does not deliver as promised but at least you buy some time keeping your job...

Marketing fraud is a serious crime, especially when the evidence all out in the open.  Obviously the buyers are too stupid to realize they have been had but this may be a great opportunity to finally create some positive PR.   The buyback on those pieces of shit and then disclosing the flaws and problems on the GM website warning the potential buyers.
