If the cheesy dash plaques were not bad enough, determined Corvette C7 Stingray owners find new ways to express their lack of taste

As already mentioned on this blog, the owners of the current generation of +General Motors Chevrolet Corvette continue the same entertaining tradition originating in the past, cheesing up their cars with some truly funny additions, including but not limited to the ever popular dash plaques.

To be clear, those additions do not make the current Corvette faster or lighter, nor do they prevent overheating or gear grinding, they are there to serve a completely different purpose: advertising owner's willingness to spend money on options that cost more than others are willing or able to spend.

In this case, here is a numbnut who apparently did not feel that onlookers would notice his Z51 option (this is what +Tadge Juechter insinuated in the past would make the base Stingray a more competitive vehicle on the LOL, track, until dry sump engines started obliterating themselves, accompanied by self destructing E-differentials).

Most likely inspired by GM's factory attempts at advertising off road Z71 off road package emblems and decals, this particular Corvette owner decided to purchase an aftermarket Z51 emblem and slam it on the very fugly rear end of the latest Corvette.
