Neither +Tadge Juechter or any other of the clowns on his team have ever released the drag coefficient for the Stingray. The silence continues and apparently only bad things are being withheld (unless Tadge suffers from amnesia or early Alzheimer"s?). The question is, and this question has been raised a few times already, how shitty the aerodynamics of the new Stingray really are?
The other question of course is, if the base is so lousy aerodynamically, how much worse will the garish Z06 will be?
Here is the problem, the new Corvette, with 460 hp, can barely reach the top speed of 185 mph (sorry Tadge, it is no longer a big secret, no matter how much you try to hide it, LOL) which is on par with the C6 Grand Sport that had 24 hp less than the newest plastic fantastic.
And here the 2015 Porsche 911S, with measly 400 hp, reaching 188 mph while retaining Cd of 0.31. How is this possible? The car is taller and narrower than the Stingray, giving it about the same frontal area, thus, the Cd's of both cars can be compared directly. How shitty is the Stingray's Cd then?
Never mind the comparisons with the previous generation Corvette, this comparison with the newest 911 is even more eye opening. No wonder Tadge never disclosed the Stingray Cd, nothing to be proud of for sure. Pretty ironic to see that while the Corvette had been castrated as a sports car in order to improve its fuel economy, a basic item, the aerodynamics were screwed up so badly. (In addition to improving car performance, aerodynamics are considerably more important as a highway fuel saving measure than deactivated cylinders).

Also according to Tadge "you can't measure down force." What a clown, of course you can. Anyway, Try a measurement of high speed cornering (lateral Gs) with both cars and see which one wins. The plastic pos will run circles around the full metal jacketed porsche on any track with turns, all tires being equal.
