2015 Corvette C7 Z06 hood vent functions flawlessly as a STEAM extractor?

When designed properly, hood vent or vents can be a great addition to any high performance vehicle by not only providing aid in the aerodynamic properties but also functioning as a effective solution to under the hood heat extraction.

Although the mid engine cars can take advantage of a properly designed hood vent system the most (no engine to obstruct the air flow from the front bumper air intake, through the radiator and to the outside), it can still be beneficial in the front engine cars as well, providing a venue to extract hot air and reduce the under hood pressure build up.

Even though, as mentioned above, a few front engine cars include functional systems, the newest generation of +General Motors finest is not one of these exceptions and in this respect, it follows the long tradition of previous generations of Corvettes.  Obviously +Tadge Juechter felt obligated to botch this part of the car's design as all previous designers (oops, cough, good ole Tadge claims to be an engineer).

However, there is apparently a silver lining to this unsurprising design fuck up and apparently the hood vent on the newest Corvette and especially the newest Z06 is good for something after all: it functions flawlessly as a STEAM EXTRACTOR!!!  Where is the steam coming from?  The steam comes from the undersized and underperforming engine cooling system and specifically, from the overflow tank, after radiator boils over.  The newest twist to the hot running flagship:  it is not the track related failure but instead (surprise surprise) there seems to be a problem with the quality of the UAW members assembling the newest Corvettes and lacking the skills to bleed the cooling system properly.  Hopefully the buyers find at least some humor in their six figure flagships boiling over shortly after being purchased and allowing the buyers to become very friendly with the tow truck drivers.

Nevertheless, the hood vent works flawlessly as a steam extractor, allowing the happy owner to enjoy the view, along with the passers by.  Great job as usual GM...  Seems like those air bubbles just refuse to leave the newest Vettes-or maybe these turds are full of the hot air, courtesy of Tadge?  Maybe not the intended function but at least it is a function beyond excuse to slap more carbon fiber  the flagship turd by the geriatric buyers?
