Refusal to disclose Nurburgring time seals the fate of the Corvette C7Z06

The comedy of failures and corporate fuck up appears to permanently surround the newest and greatest +General Motors flagship, Corvette C7 Z06.  In fact, the comedy is so intense that one could not make up this shit no matter how hard one would try.

+Tadge Juechter , the automotive man of the year (back in 2014) apparently ran out of options to slap more lipstick on this latest "Z06" and flat out refuses to even discuss the seemingly sensitive topic of the monumental and standard setting (completed?) lap at Nurburgring.

This blog held the whole stunt suspect from day one and surely enough, Juechter did not fail to deliver to validate the speculations regarding the monumental failure of the newest flagship as anything else besides a (short and in very cold weather) single track lap and occasional drag strip poser.

On the bright side, the portly aerodynamic brick should keep the typical cars and coffee crowd quite happy, assuming they can make it to the next event, without resorting to the help from the tow truck driver who most likely is already very well familiar with their car.

So how shitty was that lap time and was that lap actually completed?  Maybe Juechter missed the memo about the porker Z06 taking the shit on the track or maybe Juechter mistook the screenshots from the newest GT game as the actual Nurburgring run?  Whatever the truth is, it is nowhere to be found, proudly residing right next to those defective oil filters.

To GM and Juechter's credit, the bullshit car managed to fool quite a few buyers, including those who somehow were stupid enough to think that they could purchase their next track weapon at half of the price of the Porsche GT3 or even better yet, GT3 RS.

With two months approaching since the Capricorn One sequel was filmed by GM movie makers and story tellers, there is credible way of announcing this lap time anymore, even when single digit IQ and fully senile Corvette buyers are involved.

However, considering the average age of the typical flagship buyer, perhaps Juechter has decided to wait it out, letting the buyers die off or allowing for demential to kick in?

Once again, the really interesting question is how much worse was that bullshit lap time from the Generation 4 Viper ACR?  If there were any doubts that this is what happened, there should be none by now, no matter how much kool aid and Viagra are being served to the Corvette enthusiasts, LMAO.

If the automotive world was laughing at GM and Corvette nut huggers before, things got considerably funnier now and for many years to come.  Maybe the next generation of Corvette can actually run as advertised?  Hmmm....
