Is John Hennessey insane or dishonest?

John Hennessey and his Hennessey Performance outfit recently announced a twin turbo 1000 hp Corvette C7 and apparently announced pricing for this fine upgrade and full warranty on top of this.

Now, how is this exactly  possible to make such announcement without this car being released yet and with so many different design changes, including fuel management?  Well, one can only  understand this part after searching around and figuring out that this is the same Hennessey that has been scamming customers for many years, taking their monies, stripping the cars, selling out the parts and then patching up so called custom jobs with variety of available parts, many times either leaving customers hanging for years or never delivering period.

If anyone decides to take him up on this offer, they will get exactly what they deserve.

Oh and this is not a real car, just a RENDERING meant to bait dumb people with money.  Great job as usual Hennessey.
