Well, it is over two weeks later and the car is still where it has been since the beginning of the year. Again, this is the only Stingray this particular dealer has, the price is the MSRP (for Z51) and no takers. What makes this even more dooming is the fact this is California, no snow and relatively mild temperatures. This is not just a case of winter conditions preventing new buyers from driving their cars or being afraid their summer tires crack, this a genuine case of lack of buyers and the car failing to spark any interest among current or future Corvette owners. The fact the fit and finish and paint quality are truly awful certainly does not make things easier.
The reality of Corvette C7 sales is that the majority of buyers already bought their and there will be plenty of Stingray deadwood clogging up dealers lots for as long as this car will be produced. On the bright side, this may cause this model to become the shortest production run ever, LOL.
