One thing certain, there is only one part of this new car that Tom Peters can take a credit for, it is the rear end, the most effed up part of the car, ironically enough. This idiot is still stuck in his Aztek days and apparently this is the only thing he can do on his own. Otherwise, the "new design" is actually a rip off. Where did it come from?
Two cars, neither one well known or in production, one being 2010 Fisker Coupe and the other, John Caravaggio's one off project called Corvette Supercoupe. Caravaggio is a Canada based Corvette customizer and Fisker, LOL, well there is no Fisker, except for the carcasses Bob Lutz managed to snatch for his own get rich quick scheme.
Nevertheless, gotta give Peters big credit for stealing two very nice designs and then effing them up while claiming originality and the next best thing since the sliced bread was invented.
So here is the Caravaggio Supercoupe, all the hatch area design elements are there, except this is based on 2006 Caravaggio drawings and prototype built in 2010.
Incidentally, the Fisker Coupe is also from 2010, all of the C7 design elements are there, right down to the lower door shape and headlights. A rather handsome coupe that never happened. Again, the ability of GM to take good designs and create a hideous shape like C7 is quite an accomplishment.
