Gotta love this douchebag's claim of increasing downforce while minimizing the drag. Of course, there are no numbers or test results to back it up in any way but who really cares. If Hennessey says anything, it has to be true, LMAO. By strange coincidence, Hennessey enhancements look suspiciously identical to those LGMotorsports peddles. Now, how could this be? Could Hennessey be using the same suppliers LGMotorsports is using? Nevertheless, it does not really matter if this idiocy is sold under Hennessey or LGMotorsports names, it still does not deliver anything being claimed. To make clear, the width of any front splitter to actually create downforce has to be at least 4.5 inches AND it has to include an extensive UNDERTRAY to assure a smooth air flow under the car. Also, the splitter must include side extensions to prevent air from contacting the front tires and creating lift.
At best, these half ass splitter may reduce the lift somewhat but they will not create an actual downforce.
As to the side skirts, just like with their LGMotorsports twins, they are for decoration purpose only, assuming one considers them visually pleasing. For the side skirts to be effective, they have to create a separation between high pressure in air side flow and low pressure area under the car. Now, the way these running boards are designed, they will never accomplish this task, in fact, they will make the situation under the car worse, in addition to creating side turbulence.
The other problem with these running boards is they lack the extensions in the front and rear to prevent tire related lift and turbulence.
Nevertheless, as with everything else, ignorance of the buyers should vindicate revenue collection attempts by the crook named John Hennessey.
