Back in September 2013, two +General Motors cars, Camaro Z28 and Corvette C7 Stingray set out to record their lap times at Nurburgring road track. Out of these two, only Camaro Z28 lap time was made public. The time was not all that impressive but nevertheless, the Camaro engineering team had enough integrity to disclose the time, right after the car crossed the finish line.
However, the Corvette C7 Stingray lap times were never disclosed by +Tadge Juechter or any other douchebags on Corvette team. Apparently, according to Juechter, it rained and Corvette Stingray could not be tested, thus, no official time was ever recorded, in spite of Camaro Z28 wearing considerably less wet weather friendly tires and finishing and then publishing the lap times.
The rain story always sounded like a bullshit cover up, perhaps truly lousy lap time or perhaps transmission overheating or better yet, a blown motor? Speculations only since Juechter suffered from a selective case of amnesia after coming up with another great bullshit fairy tale.
Fast forward two years of nothing, apparently not taking chances with another blown motor or transmission? All of the sudden, there is another C7 Corvette at Nurburgring, this time, Z06. Of course, it is raining like two years ago, to perhaps come up with another chicken shit excuse not to disclose the lap time of the new porker, called Z06?
Gotta give it to Juechter, always playing it safe, if the lap time will suck, there is always the rain excuse. Will Juechter grow any balls to disclose the time regardless of how sucky it may be? Very doubtful, after all, this guy still cannot find the oil filter cutter to confirm the defective oil filter theory. LOL at this gutless douchebag.
