More Corvette C7 Stingray recalls-General Motors recalls all 2014 Corvette Stingray Z51 automatics

Recall 14572 affects all 2014 Stingray Z51 6-speed automatics.  Funny how the recall supposedly involves defective cooler lines but somehow the entire transmission cooler assembly is being replaced.

So what happened here?  How many complaints from the owners did it take to finally have +Tadge Juechter that 15 minute track time for supposedly track CERTIFIED Z51 automatic Stingrays is not exactly the expected idea of someone who paid for the Z51 TRACK option only to find out that they have been had by +General Motors ?

Of course GM will not provide the information regarding the actual improvements that hopefully would give the TRACK CERTIFIED Stingray another five minutes?  LOL

Considering the location and design of the transmission cooling system, it is actually impressive to see the car last entire 15 minutes before transmission temperature hits 250 degrees and as expected, any damages due to overheating on the track are NOT COVERED BY FACTORY WARRANTY.

Now, the real question is: how much better cooling will the new 8 speed slush box have and will it be good for at least 20 minutes of track time?  How long before overheating in Z06?  Are we talking at least 20 minutes of easy track driving and at least one Nurburgring run?
