General Motors encourages Corvette C7 Stingray buyers to illegal street racing

Indirectly at least...  On one hand, the mouthpiece +Tadge Juechter keeps yapping away about buyers being able to experience the race track and road course and on the other hand, +General Motors makes the track preparation procedure so cumbersome and labor intensive that one would think that Stingray buyers get admission to 24 hours of Sebring or Le Mans...

Who in their right mind would spend about a day, preparing their car for a track event that lasts maybe an hour?  Do the Stingray come with a midget pit crew hidden somewhere in that bullshit luggage set?

The preparation procedures are apparently set up to encourage everyone from ever tracking their car and now, apparently even from taking the plastic fantastic to a driving course.

These procedures consist of changing oil from "street grade" cheap factory oil to considerably more expensive fully synthetic heavier grade oil and OVERFILLING THE CRANKCASE.  Then, there is the part where brake fluid is supposed to be swapped to race type of fluid, something that requires full system flush and most likely ABS reset.  Then, there is a part where alignment has to be changed to more aggressive setting to actually have the Stingray turd handle better?

And of course, the cooling ring installation, something that requires wheel removal and a bit of labor to install the idiotic safety wires.

Apparently only after all of this is done, the TRACK MODE can be activated and should any expected shit happen to the Stingray while racing it, then GM MAY refuse the warranty claim anyway due to possible illegal use of the car.

Honestly Tadge, why fuck around with all this bullshit and lead buyers on and then have them lose their warranty claims anyway?  Why not just cut the bullshit and revoke this buyer trap altogether.

Not only is this crap time consuming and EXPENSIVE for average well aged Corvette buyer but even then, there is no guarantee that after the engine blows up, GM will honor the claim anyway.

What is the potential outcome of this crap for majority of buyers?   Chances are very good they will just say FUCK THIS BS and instead of racing their car in the safety of a track, they will just avoid tracks altogether and join the crowds ricers racing illegally on the public streets.  This way, as long as they remember to avoid the TRACK mode, their chances of having blown engine replaced are considerably higher than while playing by the GM rules.
