Did General Motors switch to Krylon spray cans to paint 2015 Corvette C7 Stingray and Z06?

As shitty as the paint was on the first year of the newest Corvette, the paint quality seemed to take even a worse turn, with 2015 model year.

The real question here is, can +General Motors file a complaint with Krylon?  Without any doubt, both humans and robots unionized by UAW must be trying their best... Or are they?

How these abominations continue to slip by so called "quality control" remains a big mystery.
