Pinstripes- the must have for any owner of Corvette C7 Stingray and Z06

Just when one would assume the idea of decorating cars with pinstripes was either completely dead or at least fully reserved for non-English speaking crowds, the latest generation of Corvette owners proves everyone wrong, as usual.

Certainly, considering the continuous effort by +General Motors to duplicate the paint roller effect on its fairly pricey Corvettes, any attempt to create a visual distraction should be a good thing but obviously, there is a limit here as well.  Obviously, any limits are of no importance to Corvette crowds.

To the credit of this genius, considering that GM screwed up even the name of the seventh generation and instead of using the Sting Ray designation, went with the Stingray name from the age of gold chains and none other than pinstripes, maybe this numbnut did the most logical thing here and unintentionally completed the Stingray look.

Ironically enough, considering the shitload of orange peel visible even on white and poorly fitting outside mirror, in these pictures, maybe some foot wide stripes or a full body wrap (it is available in gold) would be more effective?

  1. The pinstripes remind me of my Grandmothers 1980 Oldmobile, however the Oldsmobile had a better paint job.

    1. There is no doubt the pinstripes are higher quality than the paint job underneath, LOL.
