What is a bigger piece of shit than a new Corvette C7 Stingray or C7 Z06? The answer: a high mileage +General Motors finest. If the problems like overheating, transmission and engine failures and countless mechanical, electrical and fit and finish are bad when these turds are new, they continue to evolve, creating constant headaches and literally making owners afraid to take a trip beyond their senior citizen discount dinner or Cars and Coffee gathering.
The problems that plagued previous generations, especially the ever popular failing fuel gauge sending unit amazingly enough, can be found on the newest generation of Corvette-in spite of the douchebag's in charge, +Tadge Juechter assurances regarding the technological superiority of the newest Corvette.
Give the newest Corvette a few miles and the instrument panel looks like this:
Of course, the fuel gauge is dead and the engine coolant temperature, right around 230 degrees, raises big confidence in the GM's finest... Hmmm...
Apparently GM figured out that some of the senile buyers actually do drive their new acquisitions and the security blanket for the newest Corvette stops at 60k miles. Funny how GM no longer has no longer the confidence in its finest product and does not want to chance it with the first and second year bait of 100k drivetrain warranty. The real question here is why not make it 69k? This way, the buyers can at least experience some kind of gratification by blowing each other? LOL...
Hopefully, when the plastic fantastic hits that 60k miles, it will be still worth something at the nearest recycling center, just like any other fine GM products?
