There seems to be a lot of misinformation and deception regarding new Corvette pricing advantage over its allegedly higher priced competitors.
Here is an example of misinformation.

What this article claims is that the Corvette C7 has an enormous pricing advantage over its European competition (surprisingly, no Lambo or Ferrari to further increase the deception?).
So... according to this article, new Corvette in UK costs 62k pounds and this is exactly the price that is used for these comparisons, LOL. To make clear, 62k price is for 1LT Z51 coupe.
Right off the bat, while the price mentioned is 62k, the actual car shown in the video is a 3LT Z51 coupe with navigation and sport seats.
So... let us do some math here. According to UK pricing, 3LT option costs 8k pounds, navigation 1.5k and sport seats add another 2k. So... the car in the video actually costs 73,500 pounds which erases the pricing advantage completely. I am too lazy to look at this nauseating BS video but there must be a few more options on this car that bump the price even more.\
Ironically enough, the 911 shown in the article has a yellow paint, something that would cost someone another THOUSAND pounds more on Corvette, while delivering the same shoddy and revolting paint QUALITY, something that the competition delivers on considerably higher level.
Pretty ironic to see that a site calling itself BUSSINESS INSIDER has completely no clue about actual pricing. Should be quite a price shock for anyone watching this idiotic article or watching video and then trying to duplicate this car at their local UK dealer, assuming they can deal with the steering wheel being on the left side and finding out from their insurance agent how much the insurance for this American POS costs due to lack of the rear seats.
Gotta love this BS so called journalists keep producing, too bad the reality is completely different.
