Still lots of orange peel on 2015 Corvette C7 Stingray

In spite of +Tadge Juechter and his team assuring the excessive orange peel and shitty paint petitioners that new solutions are being implemented to improve the paint quality of the Stingray, 2015 cars have as much of orange peel as the previous year, if not more.  Darker colors, like this Laguna Blue certainly make the orange peel more visible.

Yes, this really looks like shit, the surface of the car is not capable of reflecting undistorted light, making Kia look like a Bentley next to this alleged HALO car.  The real question here is, since the engine blows up at higher speeds, what is exactly the point of high speed assisting textured surface of Stingray needed?  To project an illusion of speed? 

Better luck with Z06 or 2016 Stingray?  Seriously doubtful...
